Katherine learned this week how to ride her bike with no training wheels. Jon put on her helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads so she would feel more confident about not getting hurt. It didn't take her long and she was riding on her own.

Kansas City Weekend
We spent a few days in KC. We did Oceans of Fun, Worlds of Fun, The Plaza, Crown Center, Royals game, and Union Station. The kids had a blast.

We took the kids to see K-State and we camped by Tuttle Creek. The weather was perfect, and both kids say they are going to K-State for school. We'll see if they change their minds...

Everyone felt like staying home for the evening this year. We got some fireworks and Grandma and Grandpa came over.

Day at All-Star Adventures
Hawker had an employee day at All-Star Adventures, the only (small) amusement park in town. The kids liked the mini-golf the best.

Colorado
Here are some pictures from our trip to Colorado over Memorial Day weekend.
We get to see my cousin's kids once or twice a year. This is Leilani in the middle. The kids love playing together.
