Superman

After we got home from the playground and took baths, Joseph used his towel as a Superman cape. He ran all over the house yelling "I Superman"!

A Nice Day

We finally had a day nice enough to use the playground in our neighborhood. It's only about a 10 minute walk from the house. There is also a pool that we hope to use this summer.

Elmo

Elmo came to town last weekend and we just had to take the kids, especially Joey. He absolutely adores Elmo, and he had a blast. For the first several songs, he stood on my chair and danced away. Of course, the kids were completely spoiled, including getting the big Elmo balloon.

Joseph has been wanting to play on the piano a lot lately. He's trying to play and sing the ABC song. We were interrupted by the pizza guy...

Kennedie's 2nd Birthday

On the 23rd, we celebrated the 2nd birthday of my niece (Kennedie).

Open House

A couple of my friends from work (Erin & Margie) were nice enough to throw an open house for us last weekend. We invited people to come see the house and hang out. It turned out great. We had enough people that it was full and fun, but not so many that it was too crowded to enjoy it.

Katherine's First Concert

On Feb 4th, we took Katherine to her first concert - Casting Crowns. They are one of Jon's favorite groups and Katherine knows the words to most of their songs. There were two acts before they came out and Katherine got a little upset. She said "Where are Casting Crowns? That's who I came here to see!"

While they performed, she stood up, danced, and waved her arms in the air. She had a blast.
