Moving

Once again, we've had a very busy week. We are moving out of our house this weekend, so we've been getting ready for that.

I worked from home on Wednesday because I worked all night Tuesday night. That afternoon, a window was broken out of my van while parked in our driveway. We don't know how it happened. Nothing was missing, so we don't think it was a break-in.

I had the first day of my garage sale yesterday. It was extremely busy, and I got rid of a ton of stuff.

I closed the sale in the afternoon to pick my van up from the window shop. I pulled out of the parking lot and was trying to turn left onto Central when a woman in another car slammed into the back of my van. We had a witness call the police and stay to make a statement. The other woman got a ticket and her insurance will pay for it all since it was her fault. It looks like I'm going to get a new bumper and back door.

I'm having the sale again today. So far, it's really slow. I think that's normal for Friday morning. The die-hard shoppers come early on Thursday.
